Jason Harborow is an Executive Director at Basilinna. He is the founder and Chief Executive at Global-13, where he advises on major regional initiatives. Jason served as the Vice President of Culture for the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU), where he managed AlUla’s cultural sector’s four divisions. Currently, he remains an advisor to the RCU for their Tourism Sector. 

Jason’s extensive experience in the Middle East includes roles such as Managing Director of Sport, Entertainment, and Culture at NEOM and CEO of Tamkeen in the UAE, where he oversaw significant projects like New York University Abu Dhabi. Jason has held key leadership roles in the UK and Europe, including serving as the Chief Executive of Liverpool’s European Capital of Culture. He also contributes to academia as a visiting lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Liverpool in the UK.
