Óscar Arcos is an Executive Director at Basilinna, with nearly two decades of experience in public policy, international development, and global advocacy. He advises organizations in the Americas on energy, trade, health, and technology, focusing on fostering sustainable growth and collaboration. His career spans the public, private, and philanthropic sectors across North America, Europe, and Africa.
