Pepe Zhang is a Senior Fellow at Basilinna Institute, where he writes and advises on economic and foreign policy issues across China, Latin America, and the U.S. He served as a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, building and leading its Latin America Center's policy work on trade and investment, macro-fiscal policies, geo-economics, health economics, development finance, and U.S.-China-Latin America relations. Previously, he was a trade and investment consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank. Pepe's unique cross-regional experience and technical expertise are highly sought-after by leading multinational corporations, governments, multilateral organizations, and academic institutions. Currently located in Shanghai, Pepe publishes and appears in media internationally in his three fluent languages: English, Spanish, and Chinese.
