She has more than seven years of experience supporting C-suite executives and partners in the wealth management, private equity, and consulting sectors. Additionally, she has performed desktop support and systems administration, new-hire onboarding and training, event coordination, and office management for various organizations in the private and non-profit sectors. Maghan is passionate about empowering senior leadership through proactive problem solving and refining internal processes to meet priorities and achieve goals. She holds an MFA in poetry and fiction from Queens University of Charlotte.
